A word on handcrafted jewelry:

As stated on other areas in our shop, we are a handcrafted, small batch and predominantly made-to-order jewelry artisan business. With that comes the artfulness of each piece being unique and one-of-a-kind. Because machines do not make our jewelry there will be slight variations on each piece, even if it is the same design. For specific questions please reach out to us as info@naimagrace.com and we will do our best to walk you through our process :)

SHIPPING: 

Because most of our jewelry is made-to-order for you, please allow 1-2 weeks before shipping, depending on production. This doesn't mean each order will take this long, but since we're a tiny operation it depends on how much production we're in the middle of. In some circumstances where production is full we might need more time. We will communicate this to you. We definitely do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can in ways that also honor our commitments to quality, sustainable and slow fashion.

If you need something rushed please to reach out to us upon purchase and we'll do our very best to accommodate you.

RETURNS:

We create to bring joy and hope you cherish and love your jewelry, however, if you’d like to make a return we're happy to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused jewelry in the same condition as received, including packaging.

If you ordered a custom piece unfortunately we cannot take returns but please write to us so we can work with you so that you are happy with your piece.

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs. If your return is accepted the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. As we are not able to guarantee your shipment.

 REPAIRS:

We uphold our commitment to make quality jewelry that lasts. We will cover any repairs needed to your jewelry within the first year of purchase given that the shipping costs are covered by the purchaser. Any repairs needed after the first year can be done with a small fee, depending on what kind of work is required.
