Free shipping on orders $200+. Discount is automatically applied at checkout and it is only valid for customers based in the US.  Free shipping only includes ground standard shipping. Please add Route Shipping at checkout to insure your package is insured.

Since most of our jewelry is made-to-order, please allow 2-3 weeks before shipping, depending on production. This doesn't mean each order will take this long. However we are  a small operation and it often depends on how much production we're in the middle of. In some circumstances where production is full we might need more time. We will communicate this to you. We definitely do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can in ways that also honor our commitments to quality, sustainable and slow fashion.

Once the order is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking their package. Please choose shipping with insurance if you are concerned lost packages through the mail in any way.  Also, feel free to contact the carrier provided in your tracking information for any changes and or any delays. 

Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address or intercept the package. If a package is marked/tracked as "Delivered"and the wrong address was provided, we cannot process a refund for that package. 

NOTE: THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING PAGE VIA USPS IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS THE CARRIER’S BEST GUESS AT WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE VIA THE SELECTED SERVICE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED.
